Highway:
The easiest way to go to Bandarban is by bus. It usually takes 6 hours - 10 hours to travel from Dhaka to Bandarban by bus. It is also possible to go to Bandarban by own transport or by hiring a car. Besides, you can go to Chittagong by train from Dhaka and from there by bus to Bandarban. Bandarban can also be reached from Rangamati, Khagrachari and Cox's Bazar.
From Bahaddarhat terminal there are two non AC buses namely Puravi and Purvani which leave after 1 hour directly for Bandarban. Daily from 6 am to 6 pm every 1 hour these transport buses ply Chittagong-Bandarban-Chittagram route.
The road connections here are Chimbuk - Ruma, Bandarban - Rawangchari - Ruma, Aziznagar - Ghazalia - Lama, Khanhat - Dhopachari - Bandarban, Bandarban - Chimbuk - Thanchi - Alikadam - Baishari - Ghundhum and Chimbuk - Tankavati - Baro Auliya.
